Born and raised in the Riverina, Griffin Richardson is the Director and Founder of Richardson Property Development, bringing a deep understanding of regional communities and the lifestyle that makes country living unique. Growing up in a humble country town environment has shaped Griffin’s strong work ethic, practical mindset, and passion for creating opportunities that contribute to the long-term growth of the Riverina region.
 

With over three years of experience in the real estate industry, Griffin has developed a solid foundation in property sales, market analysis, client relations, and strategic development. His knowledge has also been heavily influenced by growing up around the property industry through his father’s extensive background in property development and valuation, providing early exposure to the principles of land, investment, and regional growth.
 

Alongside his professional experience, Griffin is currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property Development and Valuation at Curtin University, further strengthening his technical understanding of development strategy, feasibility, and property economics. He also works closely alongside a leading Perth real estate agent and businessman whose mentorship has provided invaluable insight into leadership, negotiation, and coordinating the teams required to successfully deliver rural subdivision projects.
